Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the T VANAMM online shop at tvanamm.com/shop, operated by JKSH United Pvt Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests for the following reasons:
- Product arrived damaged or defective.
- Wrong item was delivered (different from what was ordered).
- Product was not delivered within the stated delivery window and courier has confirmed loss.
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Perishable or consumable products (tea sachets, herbal blends) once opened or used.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence after delivery.
- Orders where the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete and the courier was unable to deliver.
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at tvanamm@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request — Order #[your order number]".
- Include your order number, the reason for the refund request, and photographs of the product (if damaged or defective).
- Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking) within 7–10 business days of approval.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take additional time to appear in your account.
- We do not process cash refunds.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if the request is made before dispatch. Email us immediately at the address above.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. A refund may still be requested after delivery if it meets the eligibility criteria in Section 1.
6. Replacement Policy
Where an eligible refund is confirmed for a damaged or wrong item, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement shipment instead of a monetary refund. We will confirm the available option with you before proceeding.
7. Franchise-Related Payments
Registration fees, franchise deposits, and any payments made as part of the T VANAMM franchise process are governed separately by the Franchise Agreement and are not covered by this Refund Policy.
