Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees:

• Metro cities: typically 3–5 business days from dispatch.
• Other locations across India: typically 5–8 business days from dispatch.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, regional disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on orders of ₹499 or more. Orders below ₹499 carry a flat shipping charge of ₹49, calculated automatically at checkout.

3. Serviceable Areas

We currently ship to addresses within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking details (courier name and tracking number) will be added to your order and are visible under My Account → Orders. If a tracking link is available, it will be shown alongside the tracking number.

5. Delays and Force Majeure

JKSH United Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delivery delays arising from courier network disruptions, natural events, strikes, government restrictions, or other events outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed if a significant delay occurs.

6. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us because it could not be delivered (incorrect address, recipient unavailable after multiple attempts, or refused delivery), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment in such cases.
