By accessing or using our website at tvanamm.com(“the Site”), submitting a franchise enquiry, placing an online order, or otherwise interacting with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 1. Who We Are
JKSH United Pvt Ltd is a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 of India. We operate the T VANAMM brand of 3-in-1 café outlets across India, offering tea, coffee, herbal beverages, juices, ice creams, snacks, and franchise opportunities.
2. Use of the Website
- You must be at least 18 years old to submit franchise enquiries, create accounts, or place orders.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when filling any form on this Site.
- You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Site.

3. Franchise Enquiries
Submitting a franchise enquiry form on this Site does not constitute a binding franchise agreement. It is an expression of interest only. Any franchise arrangement will be governed by a separate, duly executed Franchise Agreement between you and JKSH United Pvt Ltd. We reserve the right to accept or decline any franchise enquiry at our sole discretion.

Franchise fees and recurring charges
Regular Franchise investment starts at ₹3.5 Lakhs. Royalty: ₹1,000. The billing frequency, scope and other applicable charges are governed by the signed Franchise Agreement. Request the current fee schedule, billing basis and package inclusions from the T VANAMM team before making a payment.
4. Online Orders & Shop
- Product descriptions, prices, and availability on the Shop section are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraud.
- Payment is processed via third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers.
- Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control — see our Shipping Policy for full details.
- Returns and refunds for physical products are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to the T VANAMM name, logo, brand mark, photographs, video content, text, design elements, and software — is the exclusive property of JKSH United Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.
